Aluminum alloy die-casting parts are characterized by thin walls and fine details and are light in weight and corrosion-resistant, so they are loved by customers. There are surface treatment methods for aluminum die cast cookware, such as powder spraying, baking paint, sandblasting, oxidation, etc. Next, I will introduce the powder spraying process to you.
Powder spraying is used for powder spraying equipment to spray powder coating on the surface of the workpiece. Under the action to static electricity, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powder coating.
The powder coating is cured by high-temperature baking and leveling and becomes the final coating with different effects of powder coating. The spraying effect of powder spraying is superior to the painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, etc., and the cost is also lower than that of spraying paint with the same effect. Dust removal spraying can generally be divided into outdoor spraying and indoor spraying. The texture is adjusted into various affects, such as smooth, sandy, foaming, etc.
As shown in the picture, this is our automatic powder spraying workshop. The pre-treated kitchenware will enter the powder spraying workshop and be coated with the desired color according to the customer's requirements.
