- 1 pound of beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch of Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 1 package of tofu
- 1 bunch of enoki mushrooms
- 1 package of udon noodles
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of mirin
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef, cleaning the shrimp, chopping the cabbage, dicing the tofu, cleaning the enoki mushrooms and boiling the udon noodles
2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, garlic and ginger. Set aside.
3. Heat the EMP's Pot Cookware over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
4. Once the pot is hot, add the beef slices and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
5. Add the shrimp, cabbage, tofu, enoki mushrooms and udon noodles to the pot.
6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the ingredients in the pot.
7. Cover the pot with the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes until all ingredients are cooked through.
8. Serve the hot pot with a side of dipping sauces such as soy sauce, ponzu, or chili oil. Enjoy!
