- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease your EMP's Giant Pan with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
3. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set it aside.
4. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla.
5. Add half of the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing until just combined. Mix in the milk, followed by the remaining flour mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth.
6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
7. Pour the batter into the EMP's Giant Pan and spread it out evenly.
8. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
9. Let the cake cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Slice the cake and serve it warm or at room temperature, and garnish with extra blueberries if desired. Enjoy!
